Write from first-hand experience

Only review a company you actually contacted or hired, and review the specific location that served you. Each location is rated on its own work, so a review of one branch never counts toward another.

What we don’t allow

• Reviews written by a company about itself, or about a competitor.
• Reviews written in exchange for payment, discounts, or other incentives.
• More than one review of the same location from the same person.
• Personal information - phone numbers, email or street addresses, or the name of an individual employee.
• Links, advertising, or promotional content of any kind.
• Harassment, threats, slurs, or hateful content.
• Content that is knowingly false.

How we verify reviews

Reviews from people who aren’t signed in are published only after the reviewer clicks a confirmation link we email them. Some reviews are held for a human to look at before they appear. Reviews that break these rules are not published.

What we publish

Your review appears with your first name and last initial, your rating, and the service you selected. We never publish your email address. Reviewers who contacted the company through Pest Direct within the last three months are labelled Verified customer.

If a review breaks these rules, email support@pestdirect.com with a link to the profile page.
