The Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food and Forestry (ODAFF) Consumer Protection Services / Pesticides program licenses businesses by category and certifies applicators under the Combined Pesticide Law (2 O.S. § 3-81 et seq.) and Title 35 Chapter 30 Subchapter 17. Bird and vertebrate animal pest pesticide work is category 11a - not a marketing synonym for category 7a General Pest Control.

Commercial Pesticide Applicator Business License. Required to act, operate, do business, or advertise as a commercial applicator in a licensed category (2 O.S. § 3-82) - separately for each business location, with a certified applicator in each licensed category. Commercial fee is $100 per category, $500 maximum per location annually.
